MUMBAI: Bhojpuri star Priyanka Pandit recently hit headlines after an alleged MMS of her went viral on social media. The actress broke her silence on the matter. She clarified that she's not the girl in the video and told the media that someone is planning against her while explaining that it is being done intentionally to tarnish her image. 

While admitting that the face of the girl in the video looks like hers, she claimed that the girl wasn't her and said the video had been leaked and made viral with the intention of spoiling her career. 

After the video went viral, even though Priyanka remained active on social media, she had to disable the comments on her posts after netizens started pouring objectionable remarks. 

As per reports, she has filed a police complaint in the matter.  

For the unversed, Priyanka has featured in several hit Bhojpuri movies such as 'Pawan Putra', 'Ichhadhari', 'Awara Balam', 'Karam Yug', and 'Tod De Dushman Ki Nali Ram Aur Ali'.

Currently, Priyanka has a few films lined up including 'Dil Mat Dena Meri Sautan Ko', Raju Singh's 'Policegiri'.
