MUMBAI : As we speak, the hearing of SSR’s case is underway in the Supreme Court. Arguments have been heard from all parties, and now, the centre is presenting its case.

SSR’s family lawyer has claimed that no one saw the body hanging and no one waited for his sister to come. How did the police declare it as a suicide?

Well, this was the argument of the family members as even the crime scene hasn’t been sealed. SSR’s flatmate had said that he had brought the body down, but one of the ambulance drivers claimed that he and the Mumbai police brought the body down.

It was a family friend of SSR who told the media that when the sister was 15 minutes away from SSR's home, why did Siddharth not wait for her to bring the body down.

One of the cooks also stated that he was hanging sideways towards the bed. There are many theories and many statements made to the media, but none of them were recorded by the Mumbai police.

Well, the hearing is still underway, and we hope a positive outcome comes out of it.
