Web series is the present and the future of content business given its crisp story-line, interesting plots and quick access on smart phones.

Staying true to audiences’ wants, Kairos Productions has announced its debut internet vehicle, Starting Up, to be launched on YouTube in the first week of June (2016).

Conceived and developed by Debapriya Sengupta Ghosh, it's a contemporary take on an arranged love story of a working couple aka Monica Sehgal and Hitesh Malukani.

The series is all set to bring to you the story of a young Silicon Valley techie, who is back in India on an unexpected work leave. He shifts to his new-wife’s apartment, who had been preparing to join him in the US.

At this unexpected juncture begins the story that traces the awkwardness and intimacy of marriages arranged in today’s ambitious millennial generation.

The story is about discovery and hope, of a generation of young India, who are wary yet confident of creating new opportunities.

Introducing the fresh pairing of Hitesh Malukani, who plays the role of Gaston in Disney’s Beauty & the Beast Musical and TV sweetheart Monica Sehgal, of Manmarziyan fame, the team hopes to create a new mature wave of storytelling on the web and connect to a wider audience, both local and global.

The teaser is already playing on Kairos’ YouTube channel and the team is preparing to release the First Look promo tonight (25 May).
