MUMBAI: Kangana Ranaut who has always been outspoken and shared her views without any fear has now joined Twitter. The actress remained away from social media for the longest time, however, now, she has made her Twitter debut and is looking forward to having a great time on the platform. The Twitter handle which was earlier named Team Kangana Ranaut is now just Kangana Ranaut with a blue tick. Further, the bio of the Twitter handle has also been changed.

Kangana Ranaut's Twitter bio reads, "An Artist who is Recipient of Padmashri,Three national awards,highest grossing female centric films.Budding Filmmaker and  a Wannabe environmentalist." Plus, the Manikarnika actress has now shared a video confirming that she has taken over the handle and will be operating the same. In the video, she has shared that she let go of many brand deals as she was not on social media, however, now that she has seen the power of social media while demanding justice for Sushant Singh Rajput, she decided to make an entry on Twitter. 

Kangana Ranaut further said that she is pretty excited to be on the platform and that she is looking forward to having a great time on Twitter.

On the work front, Kangana Ranaut has a film called Thalaivi in her kitty. It is based on the life of former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu J Jayalalithaa and is directed by A. L. Vijay.
