MUMBAI: The recently released film ‘Shershaah’ has won over the hearts of the audience. The narrative as well as the performance of the cast moved the viewers. 

The film retells the story of Captain Vikram Batra who bravely sacrificed his life for the country during the Kargil war. Sidharth Malhotra plays the titular role in the film. 

‘Shershaah’ and the amazing performance of its actors are being widely appreciated by fans and audiences alike. In addition to Sidharth, the Vishnuvardhan directorial also stars Kiara Advani, Shiv Pandit, Nikitin Dheer and Pawan Kalyan, among others in pivotal roles. The actors were also paid handsomely for portraying their characters in the film. Let’s know the fees of different ‘Shershaah’ actors. 

According to a bollywoodlife report, Sidharth Malhotra, who played the main character of Captain Vikram Batra in the war film, was given a whopping Rs 7 crores as remuneration. Kiara Advani, who portrayed the character of Dimple Cheema, the love interest of Captain Vikram Batra also reportedly took home a whopping Rs 4 crores as fees.

Shiv Pandit slipped into the shoes of Lieutenant Sanjeev Jimmy Jamwal who has a good camaraderie with Captain Vikram Batra. He charged a sum of Rs 45 lakh for ‘Shershaah’. Niktin Dheer essayed the role of Ajay Singh Jasrotia in ‘Shershaah’ and got a remuneration of Rs 35 lakhs. 

Pawan Chopra played the character of Captain Vikram Batra’s father, G.L. Batra in ‘Shershaah’. As per reports, his fees for the film was Rs 50 lakhs. Anil Charanjeett played the role of Vikram Batra's close friend Naib Subedar Bansi Lal who also died a tragic death. He was reportedly given a fee of Rs 25 lakh for the film.
