MUMBAI: Over the time we have seen the Bollywood celebrities setting major examples for the fans and the audience, often celebrities are the inspiration for the millions, and the fans look up to these Bollywood celebrities in many ways. Well having said that many Bollywood celebrities have made their place not only in the hearts and minds of the fans but also in the school textbooks.

So here is a list of Bollywood stars whose names are mentioned in school textbooks.

1. Sushant Singh Rajput

Sushant's picture was posted in a primary school textbook. The snap was a still from his breakthrough show Pavitra Rishta, which also featured his then co-star and former girlfriend Ankita Lokhande. The Chhichhore star’s picture was also used in a textbook to depict a ‘human’ in comparison with animals.

2. Rajnikant

Superstar Rajinikanth has entered the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) school textbook with his success story, 'From bus conductor to Superstar'. Published by the Oxford University Press, the book Learning to Communicate, has a chapter on the superstar 'From Bus Conductor to Superstar'.

3.Farhan Akhtar

Farhan Akhtar's picture was wrongly depicted by a Bengal school, as they used the actor's on screen picture as Milkha Singh from the movie Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.

4. Akshay Kumar

Akshay Kumar reportedly appeared in CBSE's GK books of class 7 as students got asked about his real name. It did not go down very well with the Telangana education board.
