Malaysian fans can brace up for a huge disappointment as the Badshah of Bollywood, SRK will not be attending IIFA this year which will be held in the Kuala Lumpur in June this year. The 3rd IIFA awards were held in Malaysia in 2002 and the prestigious award function is making a comeback to the scenic country after 13 long years. But guess fans will have to do without the presence of the reigning King of romance.

Revealing this was SRK himself on Twitter during a live chat with his fans. Asked a fan to SRK, " @iamsrk you are attending iifa in malaysia this year right? #asksrk to which SRK replied, " No."

It remains to be seen if SRK will be nominated in any category this year at IIFA.

Meanwhile, the superstar indulged his fans by answering a few of their queries while he stuck in traffic on his way to shooting.
