MUMBAI: The basic level of yoga might be like a cakewalk for many but as the level increases, the difficulty level also rises. However, some Bollywood divas make it look so effortless and easy going. 

No, we are not talking about actor Malaika Arora, who is a master in yoga but here, we are talking about actor Ananya Panday. Sometime back, she took to her Instagram to share some of her yoga poses which looks nothing but death-defying poses; she does it like it is no big deal.

In one picture, the Student Of Year 2 actor is seen upside down with the help of some harness whereas the other picture has her in a full-arms plank position while her sister Rysa Panday on top of her, doing exactly the same posture. A lazy person would easily say that it is difficult but for Ananya, it is her favourite morning ritual. 

Sharing these lovely snaps, she backed it with, “My favourite morning ritual. the world is truly better upside down @anshukayoga @rysapanday”.

Ananya rang her 2021 new year celebration with nature and beach at the Maldives. She even shared some scenic snaps on her photo-sharing app that are enough to make you jealous. 

However, since no one else was seen accompanying Ananya to the trip, it was reported that her rumoured boyfriend and actor Ishaan Khatter might have clicked those stunning pictures.

On the work front, Ananya Panday will be seen in Shakun Batra’s next, which also stars Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi. She will also be starring opposite Arjun Reddy star Vijay Deverakonda in their upcoming movie Fighter.
