MUMBAI: Preity Zinta, who is known for films like Soldier, Kya Kehna and Dil Chahta Hai, has bagged an interesting film.

According to a report in SpotboyE.com, Preity has signed an Ashutosh Gowariker film which begins soon. The first schedule of the film will be shot in Mumbai and the story is also based in the city of dreams.

The portal further mentioned that Preity will be playing daughter-in-law to Paresh Rawal. It’s a hilarious take on the relationship of a father-in-law and daughter-in-law. Not Ashutosh but one of his assistants is going to direct the film while Gowariker will don the producer’s hat. The actress begins shooting for the movie by the end of this month.

Preity is also known for films such as The Last Lear, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna and Krrish.
