Priyanka Chopra launches her fourth Marathi film.

Actress and now producer Priyanka Chopra has announced that her next Marathi venture will be titled Paani. The film will be launched under her banner, Purple Pebble Pictures. Paani narrates a topical issue. Chopra has previously produced regional films such as Ventilator, Kay Re Rascalaa and Firebrand.

John Abraham to collaborate with Nikkhil Advani for Batla House

Bollywood actor and producer John Abraham is all set collaborate with filmmaker Nikkhil Advani for an upcoming project. Titled Batla House, the film is based on the most talked-about police operation in recent times - the encounter at L-18 Batla house. John will portray the character of ACP Sanjeev Kumar Yadav.

Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu reunite for Sujoy Ghosh’s next – Badla.

After Pink, Big B and actress Taapsee Pannu will be seen in a movie tentatively titled Badla. The show is being produced by Sunir Kheterpal. The film is a murder mystery which revolves around the two actors and another actor who will play Taapsee’s love interest.

Salman Khan to play Lord Krishna in Aamir Khan’s Mahabharat

Rumoured to be a 1000 crore project, Aamir Khan is currently working on the epic Mahabharat. The film is apparently being financed by Mukesh Ambani and as per reports, Salman Khan is touted to play Krishna in the mythological drama.

Team Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi wraps up

The shooting of Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi has concluded and actress Sonakshi Sinha says it has been an amazing journey for her. Sonakshi thanked her film's director Mudassar Aziz and the entire team for the opportunity.

"And it’s a film wrap for Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi. It has been an amazing journey with an amazing team! Thank you Mudassar Aziz for giving me the opportunity to bring Happy to life! And the entire cast and crew for one of my funnest shoots! Cannot wait for August 24!" Sonakshi tweeted.

Aziz thanked the entire cast for the film.

"Sonakshi Sinha, Jass Gill, Jimmy Sheirgill, Piyush Mishra, Ali Fazal, Diana Penty Aparshakti... Thank you all! Aanand L. Rai, this is for you! August 24! Here we come!" he wrote.

Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi, a sequel to the hit 2016 film Happy Bhag Jayegi, is set to release on 24 August.
