MUMBAI: The pretty actress Ishita Raj Sharma became quite a sensation post her brief stint in 2018’s blockbuster Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. Despite a short screen presence, Sharma left such a strong impact, that she became the talk of the town. After doing four multi-starrers, the lady has bagged her first solo lead.

According to a reliable source, the actress, who made her debut with the 2011 female bashing comedy Pyaar Ka Punchnama, has signed a new project. The film hails from the genre of romantic drama and is helmed under Yashvi Films. The production house will debut in the industry with this venture.

The direction of the project will be anchored by AD –Owais Khan. The man is a popular name in the AD industry. With this movie, he will be making his directorial debut on the silver screen.

The untitled film is said to be set in the enamouring locales of Mauritius. The shooting will happen in the pearl of the Indian Ocean, as per TellyChakkar’s information.

A little birdie confirms that the 28-year-old actress has already started shooting for the motion picture.

In a span of eight years, Sharma, who hails from Asaon, has acted in three hit films, including both the parts of Pyaar Ka Punchnama. Certainly her hard work and moral to do right films has paid off.
