MUMBAI: A supplementary charge sheet has been filed against businessman Raj Kundra on Wednesday. The Mumbai Police Crime Branch filed a lengthy additional charge sheet against Shilpa Shetty’s husband in the pretext of pornography case.

Raj Kundra was arrested in July of this year for his involvement of allegedly creating pornographic movies. The high-profile case was filed in a Mumbai magistrate court. It also includes a number of other accused and a 1,500-page charge sheet.

The police had submitted their first charge sheet in the case in April, accusing nine people initially, and following further investigations, two additional people, including Kundra, were apprehended.

The alleged racket was discovered early this year when Malad police stormed a villa on Madh Island where pornographic films were allegedly being shot, arresting the filmmakers, actors, and technical crew.

Raj Kundra and Ryan Thorpe, the IT head of Viaan Enterprises, were detained on July 19 after it was discovered that Raj Kundra was making money through paid porn applications.
