MUMBAI: Over the time we have seen few diverses in the Bollywood industry, many Bollywood celebrities could not live up to the expectation of their marriages and finally take the decision to get separated.

So today we are going to speak about some of the most expensive divorces in Bollywood

1.Aamir Khan & Reena Dutta

Aamir Khan had married Reena Dutta in 1986 but the two called it quits after 16 long years in 2002. It is known that Aamir has spent a very heavy amount as alimony during their divorce but the details or the amount hasn’t been revealed

In 2005, Khan wed Kiran Rao, who was an Assistant Director on the sets of the former’s movie Lagaan. Unfortunately, the two announced their divorce too just three days ago and plan on co-parenting their son Azad.

2.Karisma Kapoor & Sunjay Kapur

Karisma Kapoor wed businessman Sunjay Kapur in 2003 and have two children together – Samiera and Kiaan. However, Karisma filed for divorce in 2014 and the couple officially split up in 2016. As for the alimony and settlement, Karisma obtained Sunjay’s father’s house and the latter also purchased bonds for his children worth Rs 14 Crores!

As per a source, the bonds provide a monthly interest of Rs 10 Lakhs.

3. Farhan Akhtar & Adhuna Bhabani

Not only that, but Adhuna also got a 10,000 sq. ft bungalow called ‘Vipassana’ while Akhtar has invested in finances for their children Shakya and Akira.

4. Saif Ali Khan & Amrita Singh

Despite mixed reactions given by the public and fans, the couple bore 2 children – Sara and Ibrahim, but then eventually split up in 2004. Khan had paid an alimony of Rs 5 Crore to Amrita.

5. Hrithik Roshan & Sussanne Khan

Childhood friends Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan got married in 2000 and shocked the whole world with news of their split in 2014. The couple’s divorce output an alimony amount of Rs 400 Crores! Apparently, Roshan had paid Rs 350 – 380 Crores.

6. Sanjay Dutt & Rhea Pillai
