MUMBAI: The AIIMS report created a stir across the internet after the report submitted by the department ruled out Homicide and said it was a clear case of suicide.
Post that the head of the AIIMS department Dr. Sudhir Gupta confirmed the news and said it was a clear case of suicide and not murder, which shocked the family and netizens who were fighting for justice for Sushant Singh Rajput.
They immediately questioned the marks on his body and asked why it wasn’t mentioned in the report submitted by the AIIMS department.
Now as per Republic News, the family lawyer did a press conference and exposed Dr. Sudhir Gupta. He revealed that when he had sent SSR's body photo to Mr. Gupta, he told him that it was a 200% case of strangulation and not murder.

Vikas Singh, who happens to be SSR Family lawyer said that what can one say about this big u-turn that he has made, and by going to all the channels and giving a statement, he had broken the protocols of medical examination and he is answerable for this misconduct.
The lawyer questioned his motives by asking '' how he could go come out publicly and talk about it when it’s a confidential case''.
He also said that the head of the AIIMS department had questioned the Cooper Hospital report then how can they come out with a conclusive report?.
He has requested the CBI and the Medical Board to look into this matter and also investigate Dr. Sudhir Gupta’s sudden u-turn in the case.
