MUMBAI: Ajay Singh Deol, professionally known as Sunny Deol, has made an amazing mark in Bollywood ever since his debut. The actor is known for his acting skills and superb action. He is loved by all ages of the audience and we love to see him on the screen even today.

Sunny gave a new definition to action and is one of the most loved action heroes in the industry.

The actor turned 64 today, and on the occasion of his birthday, let us look at his contribution to Bollywood.

Here are some memorable roles done by birthday boy Sunny Deol.

Betaab

Right from his debut movie, the actor made his special place in the hearts of the audiences and promised to be one of the most versatile stars in Bollywood. He was introduced by his father, the legendary Dharmedra. Betaab also starred Amrita Singh, Shammi Kapoor, Nirupa Roy, and Prem Chopra. 

Chalbaaz (1989)

Another much loved movie of the actor was Chaalbaaz, which starred Sridevi, Rajnikanth, Anupam Kher, and Rohini Hattangadi in the lead roles. Sunny's and Sridevi's fresh pairing was much appreciated in the film. Their song 'Kisi ke haath na aayegi yeh ladki' from the film is still remembered.

Ghayal (1990)

One of the movies that we love to see even today is Ghayal. Sunny delivered some amazing action sequences and powerful dialogues. The movie stars Meenakshi Seshadri, Raj Babbar, Moushmi Chatterjee, and Amrish Puri.

Damini (1993)

 

The actor was loved as a lawyer in the movie. The dialogues of the movie are famous even today, especially “Tarikh Pe Tarikh." This movie starred, Meenakshi Seshadri, Rishi Kapoor, Amrish Puri, Tinu Anand, and Paresh Rawal.

Ghatak (1996)

Another action-packed movie where the actor was loved a lot was Ghatak. The bad guy avatar was much appreciated by fans and he surprised them with his jaw-dropping performance. It starred Meenakshi Seshadri, Danny Denzongpa, and Amrish Puri.

Gadar: Ek Prem Katha (2001)

Some say that apart from Sholay, Gadar is the most-watched Indian film. A love story of an Indian man with a Pakistani woman was loved by the audiences. The actor once again was seen in a different form, fighting all the odds for his love and giving a wonderful message at the end. This movie starred Ameesha Patel, Amrish Puri, and Lilette Dubey. 

Well, these are some of the most loved movies of the actor that we enjoy watching even now. Other noteworthy films are Tridev, Border, Arjun, Arjun Pandit, and Jeet.
