MUMBAI: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is investigating actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case and trying their best to find out the truth behind his mysterious demise. So far, the main accused in SSR's case, his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, Brother Showik Chakraborty and several others have been interrogated. As the CBI continues to probe in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, it was reported that SSR’s ex-manager Shruti Modi made SHOCKING revelations during her questioning session with the SIT and revealed that drugs were a part of the culture around the late actor. Times Now reported that SSR’s ex-manager Shruti Modi has broken down in front of the CBI and has shared her confession as well. The report mentioned that Shruti Modi confessed to the CBI during her interrogation that drugs were very much a part of the culture around late Sushant Singh Rajput. Shruti Modi made the big confession and mentioned that she was just a facilitator. Cracking under pressure, as per the report, the ex-manager confessed to the CBI that she was a facilitator and mentioned about not at all into the narcotics substance.

The report states that Shruti Modi revealed that it was SSR’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and his staff who did all that and mentioned that she was being forced to be a part of that. As per the report, Shruti Modi was also grilled regarding an incident that SSR’s CA Rajat Mewati shared with the CBI. The report stated that the incident was that in the month of March 2020, SSR had asked Shruti Modi to share all his bank statements, especially the expenses made on Chakraborty. Rajat Mewati shared that instead of sharing the bank statements with SSR, Shruti Modi called and informed Rhea, upon which she arrived and cleared out the matter with the actor.

Sushant Singh Rajput died on June 14 by alleged suicide. The CBI is currently investigating the case after the Supreme Court’s verdict in the Rhea Chakraborty transfer plea, which was made when SSR’s father lodged an FIR against her and five others in Patna, accusing them of abetment of suicide.
