MUMBAI: The case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise is intensifying as days pass by, as the investigation is on and new revelations are coming to light. 

As per media reports, the ED has stepped into this case to investigate the money laundering aspect as well as the financial angle after the FIR filed by Sushant's father. 

The ED questioned SSR’s ex-staff member Samuel Miranda yesterday for about nine hours, and today, as we write this article, Rhea is being questioned by the ED. 

As per media reports, SSR's ex-business manager Shruti Modi and flatmate Siddarth Pithani have been summoned by ED. 

Shruti will be questioned today, whereas Siddarth will be questioned tomorrow. 

The CBI has taken over the case and has filed an FIR. Rhea is the prime accused, and Shruti and Samuel have also been mentioned.

The ED is looking into the properties that Rhea purchased in Mumbai, and whether SSR’s money was splurged. 

As we speak, Rhea is facing the heat of the ED, and all her properties and bank accounts are under the scanner. 

Shruti Modi was the ex-business manager of SSR and used to manage all the business deals of Rhea and her brother Showik Chakraborty.  Siddarth is the flatmate of SSR and was present in the house when the actor passed away. 

Now, with the ED and the CBI taking over the probe, we are sure that they will be some leads in this case.
