MUMBAI: Finally, the day has arrived when the Supreme Court will give its verdict on the transfer of the case of SSR. Millions of people are fighting for justice for the actor and are demanding for a CBI probe.

Let’s give you a gist of what one should expect tomorrow. Rhea had filed a petition in the court to transfer the case to Mumbai Police, as the Bihar government had demanded a CBI probe.

Owing to this, the court has heard all the parties' (Rhea’s team, SSR’s team, Central Government, Bihar Government, and Maharashtra Government) pleas a week ago. They ave also provided their written submissions.

Rhea’s team and the Maharashtra Government are on the same page, whereas SSR’s team, Central Government, and Bihar Government and Police are on the same page and are demanding a CBI probe.

Some of the points that were discussed by Rhea’s team and the Maharashtra Government were that the Bihar Police doesn’t have judication in the case, and therefore their interfering is not legal.
