MUMBAI: Sushant Singh Rajput, who is known for films like M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story and Kedarnath, recently visited Bihar.
The actor, who lost his mother when he was 16, just before his board exams, went to his birthplace Maldiha in Purnea district. His mother and grandmother, reportedly, had asked a mannat for his prosperity. It seems that to fulfill their wish the actor went to the temple of Goddess Bhagwati in Khagaria for his mundan. The actor did not shave off his head; he completed the ritual by trimming off a strand of his hair. His father KK Singh, cousin brother and a number of relatives accompanied him.
After spending two days in Maldiha, where his paternal side of the family resides, Sushant went to his mother’s ancestral home in Bornai.

On the work front, Sushant Singh Rajput wrapped up the shoot of Nitesh Tiwari’s Chhichhore. In addition, he has films like Drive and Dil Bechara in his kitty.
