MUMBAI: Think of Rohit Shetty films and in no way can you not talk about his obsession with flying cars, blowing them off and whatnot. The Sooryvanshi filmmaker is known for action scenes, bashing expensive cars against each other and power-packed music numbers. It's like his 'thing'. 

Having said that, apart from flying four-wheelers on screen, in real life, Rohit is a complete motorhead. He has a collection of swanky cars parked in his garage, which he does not blow off but keeps with much care. Shetty owns a two-door Maserati GranTurismo Sport and if you are a car enthusiast yourself, we don't think we need to say more. The four-wheeler costs Rs 2.25 crore and on top of that, Rohit has reportedly made a few customisations. This model is one of the top picks in the GranTurismo lineup for its 460bhp engine power. 

Ford Mustang GT

A matte blue finish Ford Mustang GT is one of the most stylish cars in Shetty's collection. The bad boy has been customised by Daljit Auto Design (DAD) and the price starts at Rs 74.61 lakh. This four-seater comes with a 4951 cc engine and Cervini bonnet. 

Lamborghini Urus

Back in 2019, Shetty invested in Lamborghini Urus worth Rs 3 crore. The company shared an official post for the Simmba filmmaker, a part of which read: "The imposing design and versatile performance of Urus truly reflect his personality. With its distinctive silhouette with a dynamic flying coupé line, Urus is the perfect masterpiece he needed.". 

Range Rover Sport

Just like every second celebrity in the industry, Shetty too owns a Range Rover model and often gets spotted in the city driving this SUV car. 

Rohit Shetty will next be seen as the host in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. The show this year has witnessed participation from Divyanka Tripathi, Rahul Vaidya, Anushka Sen, Shweta Tiwari amongst 8 others. The squad recently wrapped the shoot in Cape Town and head back home. The official teasers are being shared by the makers actively but the premiere date is yet to be announced. 

Coming to Rohit, the filmmaker awaits the release of his Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer Sooryavanshi. The film's release was pushed twice due to the ongoing pandemic and the makers have not announced a new date as of yet.
