Reportedly actor Ajay Devgn took loan of 18.75 crore for his new bungalow

MUMBAI: Recently it was said that actor Ajay Devgn has purchased a sprawling bungalow in Mumbai within the vicinity of his current residence. It was stated that the actor bought the bungalow for a whopping Rs 60 crore and the renovation work is currently underway. Now as per reports, the bungalow is 474.4 square meters and is priced at Rs 47.5 crore.

Situated in the Juhu area of Mumbai, Ajay has reportedly taken a loan of about Rs 18.75 crore for the purchase of the bungalow. The bungalow is registered under the names of Veena Virendra Devgn (Ajay's mother) and Vishal Virendra Devgn (Ajay's real name).

It is also said that the actor bought the bungalow in December 2020 while the loan was taken in April this year. The bungalow is sold by Bhavesh Balkrishna Walia.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ajay has extended cameo roles in a few upcoming films namely 'Sooryavanshi', 'Gangubai Kathiawadi' and 'RRR'.

The actor plays the lead role in 'Maidaan', 'Bhuj: The Pride of India' and 'Thank God'. Moreover, Devgn also announced his upcoming directorial titled 'Mayday' in which he plays the leading role alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh.
