To file or not to file...Anandi in dilemma

Anandi (Pratyusha Banerjee) is going through a rough patch in her life after Jagya (Shashank Vyas) got married to Gauri (Anjum Farooqui) and abandoned her in Colors’ Balika Vadhu. However Bhairon (Anoop Soni) will plan to help Anandi legally and take her to a lawyer to file a case against his son Jagya. A source says, “In the upcoming episodes Bhairon will take Anandi to a lawyer to file a case against his son. This is when the lawyer will tell him that his son has made two mistakes. Firstly he got married without getting divorced to his earlier wife and secondly he accommodated Gauri in the same house. This is when Bhairon will tell him that he wants to take legal action against his son but the lawyer will inform that only Anandi has the power to take any kind of action. Anandi will then be asked to file a case against him but she will tell the lawyer that she and Jagya were never legally married, so she doesn’t have the right to file a case. However the lawyer will explain that according to the Indian Law if any couple is living together for two years or more then they are considered as a legally bound couple. Hence, Anandi is Jagya’s wife legally and she has the right to file a case against him. But Anandi won’t be able to decide if she wants to file a case or not.” Anoop Soni said, “Yes, I do visit a lawyer to take legal action where we find out that everything is in Anandi’s hands. But what happens next is something the audience will have to look forward to.”
