Rajkumar (RK), the dreaded terrorist who posed to be helper to Sooraj (Anas Rashid) at his sweet shop will soon return to take revenge in Shashi-Sumeet Productions’ popular show Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus. With this, Gaurav Sharma’s track will yet again find prominence in the show. For the uninitiated, Raj Kumar who used to work under Sooraj at his sweet shop turned out to be a dangerous terrorist. With Sooraj and Sandhya getting him caught earlier, RK who has been given a death sentence is presently in jail. Now, the time has come for the execution of his death sentence. Hence, RK would soon be shifted to Pushkar to serve a jail term before the date for the death sentence would be decided. A source from the set says, “RK’s track will soon be underway, and the recent promo that is on air explains that. Agrima Singh (Maninee De Mishra) will soon give a major task to Sandhya (Deepika Singh) and Zakir (Neil Bhatt) to shift a dreaded criminal from Jaipur to Pushkar. And Sandhya would be shocked to know that the criminal is none other than RK. The track would kick-start with RK’s shifting to Pushkar under the able vigilance of Sandhya.” When contacted, Gaurav said, “Yes, I will be returning to Diya Aur Baati Hum. However, the track and story ahead is not clear at the moment.” We hear that this will be a huge track for the show, the planning for which has been underway for few months now. The story ahead will be high on emotions as the main characters of Sandhya, Sooraj, Zakir and RK will get into the toughest of situations never seen before. The track will also be action-packed.
