Sony Entertainment Television’s Aahat (Fireworks Productions) has certainly made nights spookier, and with the popularity factor all set for a rise, viewers can look forward to some nerve-chilling stories in the coming episodes. 

Actor Aniruddh Singh of Sasural Simar Ka fame will pair up with Splitsvilla girl Priya Shinde for one of the episodic tales. 

Aniruddh and Priya will play a happy couple, until the guy will decide to poke his nose and prod into the mysterious death of his close friend. This will be when the ghostly interference and black magic will trap Aniruddh’s character, and he will get caught in a web.

Later, it will be upon his wife to save him from the claws of death. The story will see a mix of romance between the couple, mystery, thrill and of course entertaining stunt sequences between the witch and Priya Shinde’s character. 

When contacted, Aniruddh told us, “Yes, I am presently shooting for Aahat. It is an interesting role and I am enjoying it.”

Priya Shinde too confirmed that she is shooting for Aahat. 

The story will also have Prianca Sharma, another name from Splitsvilla playing the role of Aniruddh’s friend’s wife. 

This episode will go on air on 11 March.
