Kinshuk Mahajan and Virendra Saxena in Afsar Bitiyaa

Producer-writer Raakesh Paswan who is known for his show Baba Aiso Var Dhoondo is all set to make another unusual love story Afsar Bitiyaa for Zee TV. Bidaai fame Kinshuk Mahajan has been roped in to play the male lead in the show. Furthermore, veteran actor Virendra Saxena who was last seen in Chhajje Chhajje Kaa Pyaar will also be seen portraying a pivotal role in the show. Our source informs, “The news of Raakesh Paswan making a new show has been doing the rounds for quite sometime now. However, the latest news is that the casting for the show has already started and after performing some daring stunts on Jee Le Ye Pal actor Kinshuk Mahajan is all set to essay an important role in Zee TV’s Afsar Bitiyaa. Kinshuk’s character is that of rich man’s son who is proud of his wealth and good looks but kind at heart. The show’s promo is already on air and apart from Kinshuk well-known actor Virendra Saxena has also been finalised to play the role of the female lead’s father in the show. Furthermore, Shahbaaz Khan who was seen in Looteri Dulhan will play the role of Kinshuk’s father in Afsar Bitiyaa. The show is expected to go on air in mid October and its shooting commences from tomorrow.” We contacted Kinshuk Mahajan who said, “My character in the show is very different from my previous characters. I am very excited to be a part of it.” We also spoke to Virendra Saxena who said, “Yes I am part of the show. I am looking forward to it.”
