I enjoy being part of Comedy Classes: Subuhi Joshi

Subuhi Joshi

Subuhi Joshi, who is seen making viewers laugh on Comedy Classes, is definitely enjoying playing different characters every week on this Life OK project by Optymistix.

Talking about her journey on the show, the actress said, “I was in Delhi after Bh Se Bhade got over. It was just few days into the break when I was called for a look test. I was not sure about the concept and idea of the show but went ahead. I gave a screen test with Krushna (Abhishek). I was signed soon after and I am here now, a long time with this wonderful show!"

“I really enjoy being part of Comedy Classes as I get to play so many different characters. Every episode I get to don different and exciting avatars and it gives me a kick. Spoofing all the movies is a hilarious experience overall. I get to play maa, beti, bahu and what not on the show,” added the girl.

When we asked Subuhi if she would take up daily soaps, she replied, “Not at the moment. To be honest, I don’t think I can do a daily show with so much drama. I can't imagine myself in a saree and weeping daily. But yes, if it’s a modern and real show, I  am definitely game for it.”

Talking about reality shows, the actor quipped, “I would love to do Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa as I really enjoy dancing. In fact, I was signed for Comedy Classes as the initial character demanded someone who could dance even on mobile phone’s ringtone.”

The girl, who entered the industry with Splitsvilla, added, “Such shows definitely give you a platform. I got recognition from the show, but one needs to prove oneself with one's talent and passion.”

Good going, girl!
