Seasoned and talented actor Ayub Khan is known for his sensational performances in any given character. After playing the sophisticated, ruthless and negative shaded Rajnath Goenka in Star Plus’ Ek Hasina Thi, Ayub will now stage his comeback to the small screen with Producer Saurabh Tewari’s upcoming Star Plus show, Yeh Ishq Nahin Aasaan. 

We hear that Ayub has been finalized to play father to the male lead, essayed by Pearl V. Puri. He will be paired opposite Anjali Mukhi. 

As per a reliable source, “Ayub will have a very strong character. He will not be evil-minded in his intentions, but will not gel well with his son.”

When contacted, Ayub confirmed the news, but refused to divulge any further information. 

We hear that Ayub will start shoot from today. The unit is presently shooting at Pune for the first outdoor schedule. 

Ayub’s noteworthy performances in television have been in the shows Uttaran, Sajde Tere Pyaar Mein, Dil Se Diya Vachan, Rakhi – Ek Atoot Rishte Ki Dor to name a few.
