Sony Entertainment Television’s Adaalat (Contiloe) has been successful in keeping its audience engaged with it quirky cases.

This week, KD Pathak (Ronit Roy) is going to encounter a very shocking case of medicinal side effects.

The story starts with Malini, who is a user of an anti-depressant, stabbing her husband to death. Later she claims to have done this act in a state of trance, which is a side effect of her anti-depressant drug. KD gets involved in the case and unfolds the entire racket of this harmful, untested drug that has not been launched in the market yet.

While investigating,  KD’s life is threatened too. However, KD succeeds in proving Malini’s innocence. But soon realizes that there is more to the case than what meets the eye…hmmm.
