With her impeccable comic timing, Bharti Singh is certainly one of the finest stand-up comedians in the country. Well she has also added another feather to her cap, as she has emerged a go-getter in Zee TV’s reality show ‘I Can Do That’. On the show, Bharti has surprised audiences with her grit and determination and each of her performances has been a notch higher than the previous. What’s more … She recently performed the dance style Kathak on a bed of nails and that too with a fractured foot!

While it comes as no surprise that Bharti has fans across all age groups, little did she imagine that one of the Unique Talent Team members on ‘I Can Do That’ who demonstrate the challenges and coach the celebrity contestants on their stunts, will be such a huge fan of hers.  Soon after a group of such unique talent team members finished performing various stunts on a chair on stage, host Farhan Akhtar asked them if given an option to choose, which celebrity would they like to train? One of them immediately exclaimed that he loves Bharti and would really want her to choose this task. However, the ace comedienne was unwilling to choose a task which would be impossible to perform with a fractured foot.  But looked like her fan was adamant to woo her and then asked if he could at least click a picture with her. He then came to the contestant seating area and announced that before he takes a picture, he would like to profess his love for Bharti on national television and gave her a peck on the cheek, leaving the lady totally astonished!

Even before Bharti could realize what had happened, her shocked co-contestants Rithvik Dhanjani and Gurmeet Choudhary sprang up in her defence.  While they appreciated his love and admiration for the talented comedienne, they advised him to always seek the permission of a woman before making any such move on her. Bharti is known for embarrassing the judges and hosts of all her shows with her witty statements but looks like this clearly left her flabbergasted, as she took a while to respond to what had happened.
