Ratan Rajput is all smiles these days. Diwali was special for her. The petite phataka bought her first home during the festival of lights. Located in Mumbai's Oshiwara's area in Andheri West, the house is all of two and a half Bedrooms. Her co-habitants in the locality including many TV and film celebrities like Anoop Soni, Sonia Kapoor, Sooraj Thapar, Tarun Khanna, and Tisca Chopra. "I wanted my house to adorn at least one Diya this Diwali," says the actress. Though she is elated with her newest possession, her house hunting period seemed like never ending. Ratan started house hunting while she was shooting for Zee Tv's Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo and zeroed in on this apartment just recently. Ratan is extremely excited about the interiors of her house, but will start doing it up only after a month. Why the delay? "My interior designer will be free only after a month," informs Ratan and adds that the designer is also a dear friend. Though the actress didn’t wish to divulge any more details, all we could find out was that she will want light colored walls and a prayer room will surely be in her house. Pray on girl, pray on!!!!
