The world knows that Gautam Rode is a fitness freak!

It is definitely surprising to see such a dedicated TV actor who swears by his exercise routine. Even with him juggling back to back projects, the actor hasn’t compromised, and flaunts his sculpted body with complete aplomb!

After his ‘shirtless’ acts in Saraswatichandra and Mahakumbh, Gautam is currently leaving us in awe with his scintillating act in Sony Entertainment Television’s Karn. The Swastik Productions’ series presents the unheard tale of the warrior prince with Gautam playing the titular role.

Now as many would know, the cast and crew of Karn shoots away from Mumbai in Umergaon. As we all can see how much Gautam has worked to get the nuances right for the mytho character, we decided to get him talking on the same.

“As I am far from the city, I have set up my own gym in the flat that I have got here. Since the role demands a fit body, I make it a point to work out regularly after shoot to maintain the physical attributes. I have got my gym equipments here so that there is no lag. I believe in being honest when it comes to fitness, and hence have make it a religious practice.”

And people here is another impressive attribute of the actor. Gautam, not only focuses on his body, but also gives an opportunity to his co-stars to improve their physique. The actor has opened the gate of his gym for his colleagues and also helps them train better. “My co-stars join me and we have a great workout session together. It is always nice to see people enforcing their energies to help them grow better and stronger. I make it a point to go the extra mile whenever they need assistance in terms of their fitness routine.”
