Pankhuri Awasthy is bursting with talent, almost ethereal in her porcelain-skinned beauty and charismatic in the way only a true star ever is.

She left us amazed with her performance in her debut show Razia Sultan where she played the titular character.

And now the girl has been signed to play Draupadi in Sony Entertainment Television’s Karn. Both the shows are helmed by Swastik Productions.

As viewers would know, soon the Mahabharat track will be presented in Karn, and the storyline will hit off with the Swayamvar event.

Shared a source, “Pankhury is a talented actor and also a very beautiful face. She fits the bill completely and thus the makers decided to cast her for Karn as Draupadi.”

As per sources the actress will begin shooting in a couple of days and her entry will air shortly.
