TV celebs celebrate Bakri Eid

Bakri Eid is one of the most important and auspicious festivals of Muslims and is celebrated all over India and across the world in a very traditional manner. Many are not aware about the significance of the festival. Well, here’s the story behind it. On the occasion of <em>Bakri Eid</em>, Muslims sacrifice animals (goat or ox) in admiration of prophet Ibrahim’s faith in <em>Allah</em>. This sacrifice is known as <em>qurbani</em>.
