Jagat Rawat roped in for Sony TV's Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi

Sony TV’s upcoming show, Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi, produced by Beyond Dreams Productions has roped in veteran actor Jagat Rawat to play a prime role.

Jagat who has movies like Hijack, No One Killed Jessica, Commando to his credit was last seen in Nisha Aur Uske Cousins on TV space.

The actor will play father to the female lead, Sonakshi portrayed by Erica Fernandes.
 
As per a reliable source, “Jagat’s character will be of a very loving and caring father who would be very much supportive towards his daughter. Unlike the conventional thoughts that his wife harbours of getting their daughter  married, he will be of the opinion of allowing her to choose her life.”

As reported earlier by us, actress Moon Banerjee will play mother to Erica, and wife of Jagat’s character.
 
When contacted, Jagat confirmed the news saying, “Yes, I play the father of the main girl in the new show. I am looking forward to the show’s launch.”

Jagat also has a movie for release titled Happy Bhaag Jayegi with Abhay Deol and Diana Penty as leads. He will play a Pakistani diplomat in it.

 As we know, Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi launches on 29 February, at the 9.30 PM slot.
