Zee TV’s Yeh Vaada Raha (Trishulla Productions) will see the entry of Lajwanti fame Ankita Sharma this week.

Her character will be of a rich and spoilt girl who would love to aspire whatever she likes in life.

Ankita will have a major tiff with Kartik (Ankush Arora) in her first meeting, wherein the latter will take her brand new car to help a poor person struggling for life post an accident. This sequence will remind viewers of the famous Anil Kapoor - Sridevi tiff in the movie Laadla.

Going forward, it will be a love at first sight for Mehar (Ankita) with Kartik, and she will be seen following him up to his chawl. She will soon bribe him of big money, and a luxurious life. She will also send a person to check out on Kartik’s lifestyle, and about his family.

The major twist will happen when a misunderstanding will keep her unaware of the fact that Kartik is actually married.

As per a reliable source, “The character of Mehar is loosely based on Urmila Matondkar’s in the movie Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya. She will soon be seen turning into a desperate lover, and viewers will have to wait and see how the track proceeds further.”

If sources are to be believed, Mehar will even bump into Survi (Sonal Vengurlekar) in the chawl, without knowing the fact that she happens to be Kartik’s wife.
