Jaaved Jaffrey, the multi-talented personality with a unique voice will lay the foundation to the story telling of Zee TV’s newest show, Ek Maa Jo Laakhon Ke Liye Bani Amma, produced by Farhn P Zamma’s Salt Media LLP. 

Yes, Javed will be seen rendering the voice-over in the first episode of the show. The show will open with his voice, wherein the actor-dancer will narrate the intricacies seen in the lifestyle of Mumbai, and how things have changed over the years. 

We tried contacting Jaaved on the same, but did not get through to him.

When contacted, Producer Farhn P Zamma confirmed the news saying, “Yes, that’s true. We actually wanted a desi voice, which people will stop and listen to. And nobody better than Jaaved bhai!! Also, he has been away from television for a long time now. So he will bring in freshness with his voice. He will narrate the story in the first episode, and will discuss about how the city of Mumbai has transformed over the period of time, and also narrate the journey of this one lady Amma who changed the history of Mumbai.”
