And this will be a new challenge for the girl, as it will be her first ever stint in a historical show!! Also, Ekroop is happy about the fact that she will be working with Balaji Telefilms for her new show. Well, she will be seen in a prime role in Ekta’s ambitious project on Star Plus, Chandra Nandini. Ekroop will play the best buddy of Nandini (Shweta Prasad Basu) who will be her support, confidante and closest friend. Ekroop's character, Kinnari will also take to the warfield along with Nandini, as the story would progress.
