The avid lovers of SAB TV’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (Neela Telefilms) will enjoy the upcoming twist revolving around Popatlal (Shyam Pathak). 

As we saw in earlier episodes, Bhide (Mandar Chandwadkar) got a call from a girl named Kaveri. She called to purchase achaar and papad (Bhide’s alternate business) but Popatlal snatched the phone away mistaking the sound of Kaveri as Kuvari (unmarried girl). He shared his unmarried status with the girl and also divulged other important details about him and his life.

Kaveri got furious on Popatlal’s behaviour and complained to his wrestler husband.

Now, the entire Gokuldham society members will get nervous thinking of the wrestler barging in to settle scores with Popatlal.

And guess what? He will actually come to the society.

To save himself from trouble, Popatlal will behave to be a mentally unstable. Seeing him in the sorry state, Kaveri’s husband will decide to leave.  

But then will come a twist!!!

Before leaving, he would tell Popatlal that he came to Gokuldham society for his sister’s marriage proposal.

Hearing marriage word, Popatlal will hence clarify that he is not a metal guy but was behaving insane to save himself. 

However, Kaveri’s husband will refuse to believe Popatlal and sadly this marriage proposal also go kaput.

We reached out to Shyam for a comment but he remained busy shooting.
