ALT Balaji already has a bunch of bold and controversial shows that have engaged the audience. The popular digital platform is coming up with a great lineup of web series for their viewers in their coming week.

And now, we hear Ekta is yet again joining hands with Vikas Gupta’s Lost Boy Productions for their next venture.

The show that Vikas is working on will be for the digital platform and is titled Punch Beat. It will feature Harshita Gaur of Sadda Haqq fame as the female lead. Gaur would be making her comeback with the series. 

Alongwith Harshita, the show will also see Splitsvilla & Roadies fame Priyank Sharma and Rohit Suchanti, best known for Saath nibhaana Saathiya, 

However talking about the finalisation of the male lead, producer Vikas Gupta said “The male lead has not yet been finalized,”. 

Confirming about the show's development Vikas informed "It will be a teenage high-school drama set in the backdrop of a boarding school. The show will be about the lives of 5 friends. It is also said that there will be two new faces in the cast. The shooting would commence by next week."

It is being hoped that the show will click with the teenage audience just as the productions' past ventures Warrior High, Kaisi hai Yaariyan and others did. 

Lost Boy & ALT Balaji have worked together before, for the remake of the classic show Hip Hip Hurray that was titled Class of 2017.
