KOLKATA: Here we bring an update for the viewers of Aakash Aath’s Ek Masher Sahityo. The story to be featured in the month of August is Ranur Protham Bhag.  
 
A creation of eminent writer Bibhutibhushan Mukhopadhyay, Ranur Protham Bhag narrates the story of young Ranu who is eight-year-old but behaves as if she is a lady who belongs to the age group of 30-40. Like the other kids, she doesn’t like to wear a frock or play games. She is more interested in household works.
 
Child artist Soumi Pradhan has been roped in to play the character of Ranu. Other actors who will play a crucial role in taking the story forward include Gourishankar Panda, Shakuntala Barua, Subrata Choudhury, Arjyo Chandra and Rakesh Ghosh to name a few.
 
Debidas Bhattacharyya is directing this show. It will be aired in the coming month, Monday to Saturday at 7 pm.
