MUMBAI: Popular TV actress Shilpa Shinde turns 41 today. Shilpa made her acting debut in 1999; however, she rose to stardom with Bhabhi (2002–2008). She has acted in interesting shows like Kabhi Aaye Na Judaai, Amrapali, Meher - Kahani Haq Aur Haqeeqat Ki, Hatim, and Lapataganj.
She also played the lead in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai for a year. Her character of Angoori Bhabi was loved by the audience and became her identity. However, due to a fall out with the producers, she quit the show on a sour note. Shilpa then participated in Bigg Boss 11. She won the show and it proved to be a game changer for the actress.
