Rubina Dilaik’s SINGAPORE connection!

MUMBAI: Travelling is almost a way of life for most people. You might have made travel plans to explore places you have never seen before and may have postponed or altered a few too, but trust us, several years down the line, you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did.

Why do people leave their homes and voyage all over the globe? The reasons people love to travel are varied. They’re also very personal. So throw off the bowlines and sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the winds in your sails: explore; dream; and discover.

Travel makes us better people. When you learn more about the world and the different types of people in it, push your boundaries, and try new things, you tend to become a more open and adaptable person.

As kids, many of us had a keen sense of adventure. Just going around the ‘next bend’ on our bicycles to see what lay ahead was exciting. Watching actress Rubina Dilaik’s pictures on Instagram makes us want to engage in more adventure sports and connect with nature. As a part of her travel journey, we realized that she was recently in Singapore for shooting a sequence of her show, Shakti.

We contacted her to find out how about her time there, and to our surprise, we learned that she shares a special connect with Singapore!

Rubina said, ‘Well, I have been on a tight schedule and did not get the time to visit places. In the past too, right from the time of Chhoti Bahu, I have visited Singapore for professional reasons but never had a chance to explore the country personally. I would love to travel here when I take a vacation and know more about Singapore’s ethnic culture and food.’

Well, we too hope to see you in Singapore, taking us through your travel escapades in the scenic country!
