MUMBAI: After extending his help to farmers of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, Amitabh Bachchan donated to the families of Pulwama soldiers.

Big B took to his blog to announce that he made a ‘monetary gesture’ for the families of the 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel who died in Pulwama terror attack in February 2019 which broke down the country.

“Another promise fulfilled...I had wished to give some monetary gesture and consideration to the family... I did...” the actor wrote and also shared photographs of the ceremony, which included his daughter and son, Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Abhishek Bachchan. Family members of the CRPF personnel can be seen seated around the actor, and receiving some documents, turn by turn.

Amitabh Bachchan cleared the loans of over one thousand farmers in Uttar Pradesh last year. And recently, he cleared the loans of 2,100 farmers from Bihar.
