MUMBAI: The bond between a father and a daughter is always special. But it looks like all is not well between Sanjay Dutt and his daughter Trishala. As per media reports, Sanjay has cut all his ties with Trishala.

As per bollywoodhungama.com, the differences between Sanjay and Trishala have increased and the two are not on talking terms anymore.

A friend of Sanju said, 'It seems that Sanju has shut the door on Trishala. They don’t communicate at all. He has zero knowledge of what goes in her life. There is no connect, direct or indirect, between them,' as per the portal.

Trishala was born to Sanjay Dutt and his late wife and actress, Richa Sharma. She has been raised by her maternal grandparents in the USA (where she currently stays) after her mother's demise.

No one knows the actual cause for this rift, considering the fact that just seven weeks ago, Trishala had shared a picture with Sanjay (who she lovingly calls Papa Dukes) on Instagram where she wished him a happy Father's Day.

A few days ago, Trishala spoke about her relationship with Sanjay during one of her Ask Me Anything sessions on Instagram. A fan asked her how it feels to live without her parents, to which she said that she doesn’t know, as she has never lived with them. When she did, she was too young and she doesn’t remember anything.

Well, we can only wish that they sort out their differences.
