MUMBAI: The episode begins with Anjali narrating how Shashank was in love with Juhi and because Juhi was with Dr. Rahul, he couldn’t bear it so he fired her. She nags Shashank to confess to Juhi as she seems to have separated from Rahul. Shashank slaps Anjali out of rage. She insults Juhi and leaves. Shashank leaves too without an explanation. Meanwhile, Asha sees Ishani going somewhere with a white flag in her hand. She asks her if she’s going to apologise to Sid. She throws her flag in the dustbin and asks her to find a better way to apologise. Ishani later asks her to send Rishabh’s recording to her as she wants to complain about him. Asha deletes the audio in front of Ishani and warns her not to complain about Rishabh as he has promised to give her his best patients and surgeries. Ishani finds this absurd but Asha tells her that it might not be a race for Ishani but it is to her as she needs to prove herself.

 A wardboy carrying a bouquet passes by and Asha picks up a yellow flower from it and hands it to Ishani. Neil and Sid see Ishani coming to apologise. Sid pretends to ignore her as she calls out for him. Finally she shouts at Sid to stop and the entire cafeteria looks at them. Sid tells her that he doesn’t need her apology as she has behaved extremely unprofessionally in the past few days. He tells her how her parents’ name shouldn’t affect her. Ishani gets teary-eyed. She apologises to him for everything and calls him the best senior resident in front of everyone. Sid smiles and accepts her flower. He tells her that her being vulnerable and honest was the best punishment he could give to her.

Later, Ishani sees Rishabh and approaches him. He tries to belittle her but Ishani is unaffected by his taunts. She threatens him to not play with Asha’s career. Rishabh tries to act cool but Ishani tells him to ask Sid what she can do even though she is just a first year resident doctor. After she walks away, Rishabh’s father who works in the cafeteria comes to advise him to mend his ways. Rishabh speaks rudely to him and asks him to not speak to him while they are in the hospital. Meanwhile, Juhi and Shashank think about what happened. Shashank gets a flashback when Rahul had asked him to fire Juhi as rumours of Juhi and Shashank could be damaging for their marriage. Later, Aman, Asha, Neil and Ishani go to Sid’s chawl to celebrate Ganpati. Everyone teases Ishani about her germophobia. They see how everyone is celebrating little moments and taking care of each other. They finally see Sid and approach him. He introduces everyone to his uncle Guddu and his mother. His mother sees Ishani and acknowledges that she is the one because of whom Sid had to go through so much trouble. She holds Ishani’s ear and everyone thinks she is going to punish her but she instead asks Ishani to do the same to Sid whenever he does something wrong. Everyone laughs and they go on to celebrate. Meanwhile, Shashank and Juhi meet at the hospital and get speechless.
