MUMBAI: The episode starts with Preeta telling the cops to stay till the cake cutting ceremony. Preeta tries to make them stay however the accomplice of the goons make the cops leave. The cops are leaving. Karan sees them and tries to call them. The Inspector tells the other cops that they were misguided and they leave. Karan is not able to reach them. The police inspector calls his senior to let him know that they were misguided. The senior tells them not to waste their time and should only concentrate on the prisoners who escaped from the prison. The goons slam Preeta for hinting the cops to stay. He says that no one will go alive without his permission. He sends his goons to find Karan. Preeta tries to stop them when the goon tells her that he will kill the old lady. Preeta is forced to stop. Karan thinks why the cops left without doing anything.

He thinks of calling Rishabh for help however decides against it as it may cause tension. He thinks he can do it on his own. Karan hears someone coming. Karan points out his gun at the person and asks them to turn around. The person turns around and he also has a gun. They both stand with guns pointing at each other. The goon says that the gun which Karan has is empty. Karan looks at it which gives the goons the chance to threaten Karan. They both get into a fight. Karan gives in when the goon says that they will kill Preeta. The inspector recalls the events and realizes that Preeta was signalling them to stay as they were being held hostage. He asks for backup and instructs his men to return to the hotel. Karina asks Sherlyn if she has tried the new dress. Sherlyn says that the dress is tight. The goons are searching for the key in the room.

They think that the cops will come any minute and they need to find the key before the cops arrive. The goons get Karan back to where the rest of the hostages are kept. The goons say that they will use Karan to seek revenge. The goons start to hit Karan. He tried to retaliate however they threaten to kill him. Preeta pleads them to stop hitting Karan. Preeta apologizes to Karan telling him that it was her fault that they got to know his location. One of the goons slaps Preeta which angers Karan. He hits the goon. The other goons pull him back however he's still very angry.
