MUMBAI: A while ago, the Kapoors decided to demolish the bungalow Krishna Raj in order to make way for a 15 storey high-rise. A source said that none of the Kapoors will stay in this high-rise, and the apartment will be allotted to people who can afford it. 

All eyes are on Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor since the time the couple has made their relationship official. As per SpotboyE, the Kapoors want the work on their Krishna Raj Property to be complete as soon as possible. Apparently, Neetu has even told the architect to at least complete the construction of the basement by Winter 2020 so that the post-wedding Puja (of Ranbir-Alia) can be performed at the KrishnaRaj property

As we know, Neetu is very spiritual and hence wants to follow all the advice given by their Guruji. Also, too many memories are attached to the iconic place.
