Anurag and Prerna's life seems to have changed. And now, Prerna and Viraj's tilak ceremony has been organized. 

Viraj and Prerna's tilak ceremony is accompanied by some dance and celebration, here Anurag dances with Prerna. 

Anurag couldn't resist see Prerna getting married to someone else. 

Anurag thus faints after the dance, here every one is shocked and Prerna leaves her tilak ceremony for Anurag. 

Anurag is hospitalised and thus Prerna goes along with him and leaves her tilak ceremony. 

Viraj is shocked and here the tilak ceremony couldn't happen all because of Anurag and Komolika is not at all happy.
