MUMBAI: Star Plus’ show, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, is gearing up for high voltage drama and twist.

 Gayu is pregnant and here, Kartik and Naira are also back home and are happy as all troubles have ended.

 However, Gayu slips off the stairs and is hurt as her stomach aches and Kartik and Naira help her.

 Gayu asks Kartik to not tell Samarth about it as she knows that Samarth is much attached to this pregnancy.

 Kartik and Naira take Gayu to the hospital and get her check-up done, but Samarth gets to know about it.

 Samarth bursts at Gayu as she returns home and accuses her of being careless about the pregnancy and that she doesn't want him to become a father.

 Kartik and Naira are shocked hearing this from Samarth and try to explain things to him, but he asks Kartik and Naira to stay out of it.

 It will be interesting to see how Kartik and Naira explain things to Samarth.
