THIS Bollywood superstar was supposed to play the lead in Saroj Khan's biopic

A biopic of the ace choreographer was supposed to be made, and Saroj Khan wanted this Kal Ho Na Ho actress to play the lead.

MUMBAI: The year 2020 is proving to be one of the worst years for everyone, especially for the entertainment industry.  The half-year took away great actors like Rishi Kapoor, Irfan Khan, Wajid Khan, Sushant Singh Rajput and now veteran choreographer like Saroj Khan.

The ace choreographer breathed her last on July 3rd. Her fans and the film industry poured in condolences messages for the dance guru.

Much before her demise, there were reports doing the rounds that a biopic was supposed to be made on her and was in the scripting stage. 

The late Saroj Khan wanted a special actress to play her role, as she was very fond of her.

She is none other than the bubbly and versatile actress Priety Zinta. Saroj Khan wanted her to play herself in the movie as she was a Zinta fan and always believed that she was one the best actresses we have in the industry. 

There is no doubt that the industry lost a legend but she has left a huge legacy behind and will always be remembered for her fantastic work.
